Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and registered Auditor.
Professional experience:
Throughout his professional career he mainly focused his expertise on international tax consulting (which he mostly performed
at the international tax and legal firm of Ernst & Young) and on auditing and certification of financial statements (which he performed
at Reconta Spa). His professional skills are the result of several working years in corporate taxation and compliance. He has gained
considerable experience in VAT.
Luca is also partner of an auditing company and he is both member in the board of statutory auditors and of supervisory bodies of
several companies, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01.
Education:
After graduating at the Bocconi University, he acquired the titles of Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor and he is the author
of publications relating to ordinary Italian taxation.
